Silicone is the future of baking. While we can't find any real evidence that silicone is more environmentally friendly than plain old metal pans, we do know that silicone works better than metal. Yes, you'll still need to grease the silicone cake molds (more on that later), but when it comes time to take out the cupcakes or candies, it's much easier to flip the mold than it is to pry things out of the metal mold with a knife.

Since silicone baking molds are much easier to get goodies out of, they also make them more versatile. In fact, the same molds you use for cupcakes or cupcakes can also be used to make candles, candies, egg cupcakes, and more. The use of silicone is only limited by your imagination.

A great alternative to disposable papers, the multi-pack of reusable silicone baking cups can be used over and over for cupcakes, muffins and more.
