        Summer is here and the sun is relentless. The air is heavy. Your shirt is glued to your back. Drops of sweat may drip into the eyes.

        The air conditioning doesn't help, swimming in the pool doesn't help either. 

        You can buy silicone ice popsicle mold at the store - that's a popsicle with multicolor- and they're pretty good and you know exactly what you're buying. You can make your own popsicles.

        They are quick and easy to make, after all, all you have to do is freeze some juice in it. When you make them yourself, you can add some yogurt or milk to enhance their flavor.

         Perhaps I was more ambitious than I should have been and decided to make six different types of popsicles. The fact of the matter is that popsicles are very tempting.
         Pour a small amount of beer into each mold. Divide ice cream evenly into molds. Pour a small amount of beer or milk or juice into the silicone popsicle ice mold,  let the foam settle, then pour more to fill the mold to the top.
